At See Hear Speak Psychology, we understand that affordability and flexibility are important when it comes to accessing high-quality psychological services for your child. We offer multiple payment options and are committed to helping you understand the best way to manage costs.

    1. Mental Health Care Plan:

      • Payments may be covered by organisations such as the Department of Communities and Justice.

    4. Private Payments:

      • You can pay out-of-pocket for sessions.

    • Psychologist: $96.65 rebate | Session rate: $210

    • Clinical Psychologist: $141.85 rebate | Session rate: $250

    Note: Rebates and rates are subject to annual review and change.

  • As per the NDIS Pricing Arrangements. Rates are reviewed and updated annually.

    • Psychologist Session Rate: $210

  • We offer a range of assessments to support your child’s needs. Some assessments may be covered by NDIS funding:

    • Functional Assessment (Psychosocial): Contact us to discuss funding options.

    • Autism Assessment: For significant social difficulties and restrictive/repetitive behaviours.

    • Intellectual Assessment: To understand your child’s abilities and development areas.

    • Learning Difficulty Assessment: For concerns about Dyslexia, Dysgraphia, or Dyscalculia.

    • ADHD Assessment: For issues related to concentration, attention, hyperactivity, and impulsivity.

    • Other Emotional and Behavioural Assessments: Available based on your child's needs.

  • We require 24 business hours' notice for cancellations to ensure our psychologists' time is respected and available for others in need.

    Medicare/Private Clients: 50% of the appointment cost for cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice.

    NDIS and Third-Party Clients: 100% of the appointment cost for cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice.
